   1. Facilitating Smart Lock Usage: Your biometric data will be used to authenticate your identity and grant access to features of the smart lock, ensuring secure and convenient access to your premises.

   2. Usage Logs: Usage logs will be maintained to track access to the smart lock. These logs will be accessible to the owner of the lock for security monitoring and management purposes.

   3. Consent to Data Access by Lock Owners: You consent to the owners of the smart lock accessing and using your biometric data for the purpose of managing access to the lock.

2. Additional Uses of Biometric Data

   In addition to the above purposes, you hereby expressly consent to the following potential uses of your biometric data:

   1. Legal Compliance: In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, your biometric data may be disclosed if required by law or governmental authority, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of igloocompany, its customers, or the public.

3. Data Storage and Security

   Your biometric data, such as fingerprint information, is stored securely and exclusively on the igloohome device. This biometric data is not transmitted to, accessed by, or shared with igloocompany, or any third party, at any time. The biometric data will remain stored on the device until the lock owner actively chooses to delete or erase the data.

4. Your Rights

   You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@igloohome.co. However, please note that withdrawal of consent may result in the inability to use certain features of the smart lock.

5. Consent Acknowledgement

   By proceeding to register your biometric data with our smart lock, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to the collection, processing, and use of your biometric data as described herein.
