igloohome is proud to announce its partnership with Kleard for Kleard Now, a real estate app that lets real estate buyers to instantly tour vacant homes when given access remotely by an agent.
When a buyer uses the Kleard Now app, they go through a quick, yet effective verification process that happens in real-time for safer and more secure showings. After the buyer is Kleard (cleared), they can remotely request access to a vacant home via the app from their current agent or from other agents on the Kleard platform. If a buyer wants to instantly tour other homes, they simply enter in their 4 digit PIN to request access to the home.
Using igloohome smart locks, real estate agents can easily grant access with time-sensitive PIN codes anytime, anywhere. The smart locks do not require an Internet connection and is loaded with security features to complement the Kleard Now service. All this happens in real-time without the need to schedule appointments, or wait for an agent to physically unlock the door.
"We're proud to partner Kleard to make real estate showings safer and faster. Convenience is at the core of what we do - and we think that real estate agents and buyers are going to enjoy the streamlined process with the help of igloohome locks," says Anthony Chow, CEO and co-founder of igloohome.
Kleard Now helps give vacant homes more exposure and tours which can translate into a faster sale, while still providing real estate agents on the platform with a significant amount of lead opportunities to help grow their business in a more frictionless way.
"Kleard, a 2019 NAR REACH Company, changed the real estate game in 2018 with its safety and verification technology for open houses and showings and the next iteration for us is to provide tech that allows instant tours for vacant properties. 22% of homes sold in 2018 were vacant, while in some parts of the U.S. 50% of homes sold were vacant. This is a huge opportunity for buyers, sellers, and agents," says Jonathan Martis, CEO and co-founder of Kleard.
The partnership will modernise the open house experience to one that increases the level of safety for the agent and convenience for buyers. Kleard Now offers validated buyer information to the agents and verified buyers to instantly gain in-depth insights and information about the home that previously were not available to them when visiting open houses.
"Most innovations we see these days are designed to either devalue or limit the role of the real estate professional. Kleard is an advocate of the agent, because it was designed by an agent to revolutionize the on-site home viewing experience," says Burke Smith, Owner of Realty ONE Group San Diego.
Kleard Now will launch and be available to any brokerage in the following 23 markets in early 2020: Atlanta, Austin, Boise, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Nashville, Orlando, Phoenix, Portland, Raleigh Durham, Riverside, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, St. Louis, Tampa, Tucson.
